Hi guys, I am having some problems with my wifi suddenly stopped working. I've spent a couple of days trying out every solution I've come over, but I'm starting to feel like that Einstein quote about insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
I have been trying to solve this problem for a long time
I have been using chrome for more than 4 years, it is the best browser for me.
Suddenly, the chrome stopped working, I tried installing it and re installing it for more than 20 times, and still not working, by not working i mean i can't open pages, i can't open settings, i can't open plugings...
I have been running Kali linux on vmplayer and internet was not working on it. But suddenly today it started working. I didn't install any compat drivers and my laptop is not hooked up to ethernet but still I can access the internet.
Also no wireless connections show up upon typing: ifconfig just eth0 and lo.
Can someone please explain how it could be working all of a sudden?
hello .. I've got a piii1ghz512mb with a dual boot of winxp and lubuntu precise .. on the lubuntu side (definately preferred), I had flash working just fine in both chrome and chromium. after I installed a whopping 189 updates, flash stopped working in both. I dono what went wrong or where .. hoping it was just my HDD failing and needing a fresh xp inst (uhm ..
I know flash has been an issue for a lot of us since it stopped being supported in Linux, but just when I thought it was stabilizing, this happens.
A lot of people in my Google Plus circles are reporting that flash has just plain quit working in Chrome. No matter what you enable, disable or newly install in Chrome://plugins, In the flash screen/movie it says "could not load plugin".
i need your help: I am running an S-OFF device with CyanogenMod and yesterday it suddenly stopped working without flashing or something like that. The phone does't react on touch input and all hardware-buttons stopped working.
The weird thing is that i can boot into flastboot and there the volume-keys and the power key are working.
