Hi, I just installed Fedora 16 and am using Firefox.
When I go youtube, at the top of the first page it says "You need to upgrade your adobe flash player to watch this video".
I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.1, Chrome 21 and Firefox 15. Flash player 11.2 has been installed, and I've just started using Ubuntu... yesterday.
I use the live Ubuntu disc a lot. Doing that, I'd like to have YouTube play me some background music.
When I go to YouTube, I can't watch any vids because it says it's missing plugins. (and I can't install those on the live disc). However, when I see a youtube video embedded on another website, it actually is possible for me to watch it! It's kinda weird and really interesting.
Just installed Fedora 17 64 bit, and no video works. That includes youtube or any other online video. My own personal videos also don't work. The error message for youtube is that I need to install Adobe Flash. When I click the box to install it through Yum, it says it is already installed..
Hi,
Need your help. I am new to openSUSE and have this problem:
Everytime I attempt to play a video from any website it does not play.
Error from CNN:
" This ...is optimized for Flash player....Install flash player"
Error from youtube:
Hello,
I have noticed when I go to ufc.com using Chrome or Firefox the shockwave flash player does not work. I believe the issue is with my plugins. I entered my plugin page and I noticed I had two adobe flash plugins that where enabled.
I have a following problem:
I have Ubuntu 12.04 installed on my Athlon 1800+ + 1 GB RAM + Nvidia Geforce4 MMX 440 (pretty old configuration) and everything works just fine except Flash Player in my Web browser (tried Firefox and Chromium).
Haven't used Ubuntu for the past couple releases and just installed it again. After some initial issues I've got it installed.
Now, however, sometimes my mouse doesn't work. And it's strange, because I'm always able to click launchers in the Unity dock, as well as use Dash, but any time I want to click/right click the desktop, click on a button in a window, it doesn't work.
Once I click to play a video in youtube I can no longer use any other shortcut (eg: ALT+PGDWN to change tab), how can I unfocus the flash player via keyboard?
Thanks
