http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Hi, Recently I switched from Ubuntu to Fedora because we have Red Hat at the university and I figure it would work more smoothly plus I get more used to the system. The problem is though, I can't seem to get flash working properly. I've tried different guides and step by steps. Even tried gnash, but even if it didn't crash it was very poor performance I must say. The problem is that 9/10 times i try to watch a flash clip it crashes. Then on the 10th time it might work but if I want to skip to say the middle it crashes again. Is there anyway of looking at the log and see why it's crash (HowTos)

i had flash to GB roooted rom provided by dr.ketan using pc odin..and then full wipe..

then i switched to revovery mode in mobile.. installed speedmod kernel.. reboot recovery.. wipe all 3(cache, data, dalvik)

then selected crash rom zip file to install from zip card..

So, I have been searching through the forums as usual to try to fix the problem on my own but my computer now crashes so much the I can't read though a whole thread. Basically, I recently upgraded to 12.04 from 10.04 and now the system crashes every few minutes. REISUB does not work. How do I diagnose?

I am not sure what information I can give you, but tell you exactly what is happening when my computer crashes/freezes: A lot of the time I can just be running Chromium and the computer will crash. I've been having issues over almost 2 years now. It started after an upgrade to 10.10. I had later did a fresh install but it didn't fix my problems. Most often, my system crashes while using a Flash heavy site(FB games like Cityville or Millionaire City) and even playing online videos from really any site. THe system may slow quite a bit and then just crash.

Hi, the problem concerns Ubuntu 12.04.(64bit) Edit: It's a clean install. Every time I use Disk utility Smart Data to check disks with Self run test, it crashes.

Is this a common problem? And if so, is there a workaround?

I have use of this very often, since there often occurs problems with disks here at work...

Looks like skype doesn't work on raring any more. Crashes with a seg fault. Tried to upload the debug info but that is failing at present. Will try later on that. Also the skype crash caused aport-gtk to crash. Pretty sure I had run skype successfully on raring a while ago but i'm not exactly sure when it stopped working as I hadn't tried if for a while.
