[FIX] Lag fix for cm10 based roms (cm10, paranoid android, jellybro)

The culprit is the surface flinger library. It is the android compositing system and some changes recently made to it are responsible for the significant lag in recent builds. Most noticeable spot is if you hit the home button if you have the notification drawer down. It becomes extremely laggy without this patch. (HowTos)
