For some reason, in Firefox Beta, the "Thread Tools" button scrolls to the bottom of the page where there are a few buttons, instead of popping up a menu.
Similarly, clicking on the username in a post goes to the user's profile instead of popping up the usual menu.
I wonder if this is because Firefox Beta doesn't support this, or is it some setting that I can change?
I updated my system this evening, following the instructions and answered "yes" to all the replace questions and now my system is barely useable, in fact it has just frozen and isn't useable at all right now. After updating I rebooted and the problems were immediate. The cursor would move on the screen but clicking left or right wouldn't function.
All of a sudden, when I click on a link in Thunderbird, nothing happens, where it used to open a tab in Firefox. Left clicking and selecting "open in browser" also doesn't work.
I checked in Firefox to make sure I had it set as my default browser, but when I click on an html file it opens in Konquerer. Is there another setting I should change? If so, what? Where?
Hello,
Is it possible to edit the "Places" menu the way one can edit the "Applications" and "System" menus on gnome?
Right-clicking on the bar gives only Applications and System as editable menus. I would like to remove some items from the places menu and add others of my own liking
So, my daughter helped me out. I was getting bored with the default Firefox theme. She suggested I check out Personnas. So, what you do is hit "Tools", "Add-ons", "Get Add-Ons", and then push the link for "browse all add-ons". So, then when the page comes up, look in the riigh-hand column for "Collections" and then "Personas".
Suddenly Fire Fox is bust! Ironically I just read page "Even Firefox has bugs". First manifested when I tried to go to Googlemail, clicking on bookmark, showed an Apache2 error page and a Centos info which seemed like an amusing insight into Google looking like an outage.

Hi all,
I noticed that clicking "New Posts" in the LQ home page or "View New Posts" in the "Quick links" menu brings to a Database Error, whereas clicking "View Latest Threads" works as usual. Posts are submitted regularly, so the problem might be related to the database query for new posts only.
I've a problem with running an xfce session on a desktop computer. All window decorations are gone, in the settings manager I can't change the settings of the window manager (clicking on window manager gives me an empty screen, with just the return, help and close buttons). In firefox the menu's are unusable.
