I have new computer with MSI 970A-G46 AMD 9 Series AM3+ Motherboard and AMD FX-8120 3.10 GHz Eight Core AM3+ Unlocked CPU with 8GB DDR3 RAM. I installed Ubuntu 12.04 on it and it is the only OS. Within days after installing, all of my applications began crashing - Firefox, Thunderbird, GIMP, etc. I had to restart the applications each time.
Same problem, flashplayer crashing with all flashvideos on both firefox (22.0) and luakit 2012.09.13.r1-5 (looks like I should update that one).Fixed the problem by downgrading:* mesa* mesa-libgl* nouveau-driAll from 9.2.0-1 to 9.1.6-1Also downgraded cairo while testing, but re-upgrading that doesn't seem to make any changes. Now it's down to the occasional crashes I expect from closed so
Since I upgraded to FC11, I have had many browser crashes which are apparently caused by flash. This page will reliably crash seamonkey (and firefox): http://www.fring.com. I can load the page if I uninstall flash.
This happened on seamonkey 1.1.16 and the new 1.1.17, and the latest flash plugin.
I am having trouble with Firefox 19.0.2. Every time I use it crashes. I have Ubuntu 12.04 with all the latest updates. Starting two days ago Firefox became useless and I am considering rolling back to a older version if possible.
Is anyone experiencing Firefox constantly crashing. I am forced to use Chrome or Konqueror now.
I haven't been using Ubuntu for a while (12.04 was crashing almost constantly, so I abandoned it).
Now I have just installed Ubuntu 13.04 and so far so good=]
I wanted to play MMORPG-type game on Firefox, but Adobe Flash Player freezes.
When this window appears I am unable to click either Allow or Deny.
After a while it crashes.

My two business websites have Flashplayer (10.3.181.34) introductions. After recent upgrades they do not work under Ubuntu 12.04 and Firefox. One just shows a blank screen and the other just shows the text, "Click to enter". Both websites work correctly if I use IE7 installed and running with CROSSOVER and running under 12.04.
What do I need to do to get them to work under 12.04?
Okay I know this is probably going to be difficult to answer so I'm hoping somebody as seen this. I'm running Fedora 16 64-bit using KDE. Firefox 11 and 12 crash frequently, about every minute to two minutes. Even if I'm not using it and it's just open, it crashes. I uninstalled it and deleted all profile data for it, reinstalled, and it still does it.
