Yes, I noticed it. It seems to have appeared in Firefox 18.I never would have considered it something that I needed to fix.
It looks like your computer experienced a hard shutdown. Does it still show that message every time you boot?
Does it help if you log out and back in to Cinnamon?
Also, are you a Dalek?
It was a few weeks ago that a kernel update caused some problems with Firefox.If you really want to continue using Firefox, then I'd suggest creating a new clean Firefox profile.
