A few months ago, LG finally released the Gingerbread upgrade for the LG Shine Plus. While alot of us were excited to finally upgrade the phone to this new version which is more feature rich, we realized that alot of annoying bugs showed up (Unstable bluetooth, screen freeze when using Wifi for too long, Voice recognition software crashes, phone doesn't ring all the time).
So I'm in Canada with Telus as my carrier. My Samsung Nexus s acted up and was crap so they sent me a new phone. Then my old one was starting to work again. So this phone sat in a box unopenned for about a year. Finally my original phone crapped out.
So I have been using the new phone for a while now and have never received an update.
With HTC’s latest Android flagship in the HTC One X+ finally being unveiled today, TELUS wasted no time in confirming the arrival of the device for the network. The One X+ will offer a powerful 1.7 GHz quad-core Tegra 3 processor, the same 4.7-inch 1280 x 720 display, and has an 8 megapixel camera on the back.
I was searching through the threads looking for the official stock Telus T989DTLUMC4 firmware update. I was able to find the Odin flashable version of the update but I was not able to find one that is flashable through recovery.
