Hey all-
Quick question....I searched around and found that you can add multiple gmail accounts (which I already knew) but I was curious if you can only use one at a time for actually putting the apps on the phone?
This is my first android phone, SPrint Galaxy Note 2. My Google Account thus the play store email address is not associated with any gmail email, and I do have a few gmail accounts I want to put in to the stock gmail app. Problem is when I try to start the stock gmail app, it wants to automatically attach to my Google Account email.
Can I delete the app and re-install?
I have a Galaxy S2 running the latest firmware and I am having an issue with the way the default email app works and cannot seem to find a work around.
I have 3 accounts setup (gmail, gmail apps, exchange) and I would like to know if there is a way to show only the gmail accounts in the combined mailbox.
In addition is there a way to show only the number of unread messages in the gmail acco
I have found similar threads to mine but with no resolution so I'm making my own with the hopes that there is some Android genius out there that can help me. I hope to simplify this as much as possible. I have a Samsung Galaxy S. When I first got my phone I added my gmail email account and it synced perfectly fine.
I just bought this Xcover (china mobile) and Im having some hard time getting apps to download and run from the Google App Store. I DLd their Play Stor app and it says that I must add an account to it in order to contine. I hit ok and it kicks me out of the program to the previous screen.
I go to my setting and to the accounts and sync tab.
I am a user of multiple gmail accounts and have no problem with using multiple sign-in for my mail access. But we have a new employee that would rather all his email in one inbox. I know he can forward the mail to his personal account, and that a bcc could put a copy of any replies back into his work account, but I feel like I should have some privacy concerns with this. Any input would be great!

On my HTC EVO 4G LTE phone, I was able to setup the HTC email app to treat my Gmail account as a ActiveSync Exchange account and push my email (i.e., it arrives immediately when received by the Google email servers). I used the server name of "m.google.com", user name of "myname@gmail.com", etc.
I have an OpenBSD server, and I would like to configure a corporate/personal domain name to be Jabber / XMPP enabled, and to automatically proxy messages between some set of local accounts and a given gmail.com Google Talk account.
Requirements, both must be satisfied:
no new accounts at Google; has to work with an existing gmail.com Google Talk account
no new clients, has to be able to use the
