Love this awesome phone but as of late the proximity sensor on this note has either broke or is buggy. First started to notice that the red light of the proximity sensor would not turn off. After a while as I make phone calls my screen will turn off but as I put my phone away from my face it doesn't turn back on.

So I just upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S3 this past Monday and exchanged it today for a new one because I went to turn on the screen and the phone was not responsive.
The screen would remain black and would not respond to any button on the phone. The notifications light was off and when I tried calling the phone it would ring on the outgoing end, but my phone would not.
I recently bought a used Samsung Galaxy S2X and it was already rooted running DarkSide's ROM. I didn't see this when i bought it but I can't seem to turn the phone off or boot into recovery mode.
Is there a problem with the new Galaxy Note 2 voicemail function? I've tried to access my voicemail by pressing the #1 key that has the tape symbol but it automatically ends the call without providing instructions on how to retrieve messages. Is this a fault with my specific phone or is there an obvious error in my approach?
Well, I dont use my phone often because I use my Xperia but when I do, I charge it to full battery, then I turn it off, as you do to save battery, but next time a turn it on, it wont turn on causing me to plug it in, and Flat Battery! Do I need a new battery or should I try flashing a new ROM?

Hi guys, im currently facing a problem with my neo v. normally, i use my phone without any problem, but recently, my phone start to have a problem. whenever i turn on the phone, all was there is just a blank black screen, without any display. im pretty sure the os is still intact because whenever i call or text the number, the notification tone still function, means the phone still can use.
After 2 full years with my DX, I've finally moved on. The screen was starting to go out, so I figured it was time. I'm gonna miss this phone.
I really F'ed up.
I was running ICS on my bell Galaxy S2 but I wanted to try the S3 rom that was released here. (Note that I am somewhat a stupid when it comes to android flashing). I installed a CF-root kernel (phone wasn't CWM at the time) but the phone didn't turn work - it would go to black screen.
So I tried a couple different kernels, nothing worked.
I have a Verizon Galaxy Note 2, stock, on the latest update. Since the update I've experienced a weird issue with my phone.
While on a phone call the screen turns off when I put the phone to my ear. This is expected behavior, but the screen will not turn back on until the caller hangs up or I pull the battery.
