Hi, I have a GS1, GS2 (hardly mine but still) and a GS3. For GS1 there is an abundance of ROMS, kernels etc. İn a couple of days after a new Android version gets released lots of ROMS become available. When it comes to GS2 and GS3 though, there are hardly any choices. For example, at the moment there are about 10 4.2.1 ROMs just in the first page of I9000 development.

I want to start off by saying that there are so many good ROMs out by our great developers; however, it seems many are not far off from stock. So far, I have been on cn for like two months now. I've tried a few different ROMs in between but came across nothing that made me stay and ended up back on cn.

Why are tw roms not popular for this model? Most roms are cm based and I like being able to use all the Sammy features. Any suggestions?

I believe there are three major JB ROMs development going on as far as I can see. Some JB ROMs have more issue than others, some does not. And we are so grateful for these developers taking time and giving us these ROMs.

I have a Wildfire S. I bought it on Ebay. It came rooted and with MIUI 4.0.4. I absolutely, vehemently hate this version. I also have goo manager on the phone and it lists a bunch of compatible ROMs. What I want to know is will the other ROMs be sufficiently different to make it worth changing or should I just buy a new phone?

hey guys, as this forum dies down, development will still continue. how do you guys want to proceed going forward? i do not visit the xda or mikmik very often looking for new roms for the og evo. i just took a glance and it seems that there are quite a few new roms that have not been discussed here.

The reason I started this thread is that I believe that there are some really good Chinese/Asian roms available that don't get much credit and mainly because we don't know much about them. I will try to list some roms that I am aware of and provide the links to them.
