Fedora Live on USB Stick Hangs when booting on new 2012 iMac

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Hi, I have a USB stick with 64-bit F17 Live on it. This works fine (in text mode, anyway, with 'nomodeset' option) on my older 2011 iMac (ATI graphics). I'm not using an overlay or a persistent home image. On the new iMac (nVidia graphics), I get the grub screen. When I pick an option, the menu disappears and it just hangs. The grub background graphic is there, but nothing else. Eventually, the USB stick light goes out and that's it. Anyone have a list of kernel options to try here? tia, Rick (HowTos)
