http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Setting up NFS without firewall is relative easy. The nfs-server.service has to be started after /etc/export has been set. It shuld contain syntactically correct lines like: Code: /sharedfiles 10.0.0.10(rw,async) .. to allow client on that IP to connect. Th syntax is space-sensitive. .) Verify the host with the firewalld turned off. From a client: Code: mount -t nfs 10.0.0.1:/sharedfile .. and it should work. After turning on the firewalld things wont work. The trick is: TCP port 111, and UDP port 20048 ... need to be open. :Y (HowTos)
