Fedora 12, LXDE won't update

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Just installed the LXDE on HD and it seems faster than the Gnome version. When I go to graphics software update, I see 388 updates are available. When I try to install it halts with the message "internal system error..." Error type >class 'yum.Errors.ReporError'. Error getting repository data for installed, repository not found. File: /usr/share/PackageKit/helpers/yum/yumBackend.py, Line 3125, in >module> main ()... anyone have a solution? When I use the terminal with the command su yum install update, states there is no available u (HowTos)

I've upgraded from FC11 to FC12 32-bit (live CD to HD install).

Now when I try to perform software updates it gives me an Internal System Error.

I've clicked on more details and it gives me the following:

Hey All,

I reinstalled Fedora 12 as I had originally updated vie the live updates and believed the problem I am having was related to possibly a problem in the update from 11 to 12. Well, the reinstall gives me the same error when I click on install from the auto updates.

I just switched over from Ubuntu to Fedora 12 (KDE) and am having a problem with installing packages and updating my system.

When I use KPackageKit to update my system, I get this error:

installed F12 on my Acer Aspire 1640 laptop. everything seems to work fine and smooth, but...

the software update does not work:

i'm a newbie to Fedora 12. While d/l the updates and installing I got this error. Where do I start? Thx PS...I'm weening myself off MS so be gentle.;)

This is more technical. I installed F12 and then I tried to update the system (system-administration-softwareupdate). I receive the following error:
