I am trying to get samba working on my f17 installation and am having little luck. SMB is reporting an error when i bring up the service configuration menu. The text reads "This unit has failed: failed" NMB is up and running.
I've just looked at /var/log/samba and I have seen many .log files, one of them has the name malibu.log (malibu is the name of my windows machine).The file has the content below2013/06/07 10:43:47.684675, 0] ../source3/smbd/service.c:784(make_connection_snum)
