F11 -> F12 Upgrade with DVD - WONT BOOT!

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Hopefully someone can help here. I just upgraded my F11 install to F12 using the DVD. No errors, warnings or anything during the upgrade process. Clicked the reboot button once everything had finished... Gets past grub, can see all the usual stuff about detecting disks/USB devices etc but screen goes all funky then black when I *think* the kernel starts. Its not just the display but the whole thing is dead..cant ping/ssh into it. Even tried booting in single user mode...same problem. Since the screen goes dead I have no idea whats causing the crash, one of the last lines says something about "[drm] noveau" or similar. I've tried disconnecting all USB device just incase something was causing problems but it makes no difference. Anyone seen any similar issues?
