??External flash hardware for N7000 Camera??

When I have the flash set to auto and use the side button in low-light or even a dark room the camera doesn't flash. However when using the screen button it will flash. Everything else concerning the camera works fine to my knowledge. Not so much a huge issue, just kinda of annoying to have to keep swapping from flash to no flash.

I have a Sprint EVO 4G and I want to change it to metro. I know how to do the donor flash so please don't link that( did it previously but lost the phone). I need to get it to connect to metro via a flash so I can then do a donor flash. I cannot however find a guide to do this.

I have spent 3 days with my S3 love it. This morning i opened the camera app a snap a quick picture of something that caught my attention on the way to work. I go into the camera settings to turn on the flash since it was still dark out and the flash wont turn on when i take a picture in a very low light enviorment. Am i missing something or did i discover a new issue?

...I mean really sucks as in it's not even close. The N2 camera is simply better in every respect. I did side by side shots with and without flash and in bright light and limited light. In all instances the N2 was markedly better.

I am trying to create a basic find my phone application and I'm running into a bit of an issue. So far I am able to text a code word to my phone and have it play a song. Next, I would like to be able to text a different key word and have it turn on the camera flash either in a steady light or pulsating. I have seen tons of example code so far but I can't figure out why it won't work for me.

I'm not too sure when this started happening, but it has been at least a few weeks and it has finally gotten annoying enough to do something about it. Every time I open the camera app, or any app that uses the camera, the flash will go off. This even happens when I have the flash disabled. What do you think the issue is?

Hi guys, asking this on behalf of my friend who owns a SGS3 I9300. Recently he noticed that if he takes a picture with the camera with force flash on while battery is low(<20% battery), the screen will go blank and won't respond until he removes the battery and restarts it manually. When battery is above 20% charge, the camera takes photos with flash on without any issues.

Why does the N4's camera freeze up once in a while? Sometimes I take it out and just want to take a simple pic, but it doesn't want to take a shot. I have to hard boot the phone in order for the camera to work.

Last night I used my N4 to take pics at night. Instead of taking a picture the camera flash turned on and stayed on until i went to the home screen.
