Exchange question

http://androidforums.com – I work for a large company, and in my role I'm not officially supported for mobile email access. They only officially support company phones, however there is no policy that says I can't do it if I can connect myself, they just won't offer support. Company uses Citrix reciever. Have been connecting to the exchange server for 4 years without issue via Roadsync, Samsung I-9000, Stock/CM various roms. Couple weeks ago IT did an upgrade to the mail server, changed address, etc. I no longer have access. Everybody else just changed the address and reconnected. Colleague has exactly the same ph (General)
