Exchange 2010: Find Move Request Log after move request completes

http://serverfault.com – EDIT: significantly changed my question here to streamline it a bit. I've gone ahead and used 100 as my corrupted item count and ran it from the Exchange Shell. So the trail of tears continues with my SBS 2003 to 2011 migration: all the mailboxes have moved mailbox store from OLDSERVER to NEWSERVER, with the Local Move Requests completing successfully, except for one. What I'd like to do now is review the previous move request log files: when they were in progress, I could right-click Properties > Log > View Log File, but now that they're completed, that's not available. Nor can I use: G (HowTos)

I am going to start a migration from and Exchange 2003 cluster to a new Exchange 2010 SP2 with 14 mailbox databases of a supposed maximum size of about 400 GB each. Each database will be divided into 2 LUNS, data and transaction logs. LUN size takes into account to leave about 20% of free space to avoid monitoring alerts.

I have an Exchange 2010 SP2 and Hosted Exchange hybrid setup. I configured everything, moved the relevant mail boxes to Exchange Online and everything was fine and dandy.

My on premise Exchange server was running as a virtual machine on a 2012 Server and I needed to move the VM to another VM host running 2008R2.

When I get to the stage of right-clicking "Move All Replicas", it instantly hangs.

I can't see anything specifically in the event viewer at the time this happens.

I'm planning to add a single exchange 2010 server with all roles, and slowly move people over to it.

Technet and several blogs have plenty of guides to setting this up, but none of them seem to mention at which points in the setup there is downtime.
