http://crunchbanglinux.org – Hello Crunchbangers,In Wardorf, I set up a virtual IP address as follows (FYI, I need it for MPD's config file mpd.conf):sudo vi /etc/network/interfacesand put this code in # The loopback network interface auto lo iface lo inet loopback # virtual IP address for MPD auto wlan0:1 iface wlan0:1 inet static address 192.168.1.66 netmask 255.255.255.0 network 192.168.1.0 broadcast 192.168.1.255 gateway 192.168.1.1where wlan0 is my wifi interface. Then I restart the network interfaces with sudo /etc/init.d/networking restartand check that is up with ifc (HowTos)
