Error in SDCARD/nFinityGB.zip ROM while installing custom ROM

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Dear developers/experts user I had my htc tattoo phone rooted and installed clockworkmod recovery (by Maverix) but when he tried to install custom ROM from SDCARD after opening and verifying update package the recovery says " (pro.job.)"==tattoo " command not known Error in : SDCARD/nFinityGB.zip" I am getting this all time whenever I try to flash custom ROM in my tattoo which has android V 1.6. Kindly if someone can help me. (Note: the program "superuser permissions" crashes when i start it to run it) (HowTos)

How i check that htc tattoo is rooted. I installed the clockworkmod recovery.But i cannot find the superuser app in the phone. pls solve my problem

Went through the cookbook: 1. Rooted 2. Unlocked bootloader 3. installed recovery (VZWGS3_EZ-Recovery2.2.apk 4. copied CleanRom 5.5.1.zip to sdcard

Boot into recovery - clean cache, data etc (did it a couple of times)

When I "apply update from external storage" and select the CleanRom 5.5.1.zip I get: -- Install /sdcard/MEM ...

I'm so incredibly stupid, but I mistook /emmc for "external memory card" and formatted it from CWM (touch) recovery 6.0.1.9.

I am still able to connect to the device in fastboot mode, and I can still get into CWM recovery, but I am unable to install any ROM.
