Hi,
I am working on data stage 8.7 version and I want a script a to view the all log information of the data stage job from UNIX environment.
Can you please help me out by give the script.
Thanks in advance...
I'm looking into using Forms authenticaiton for SSRS. I got it working using Microsoft's sample found here: http://msftrsprodsamples.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=SS2008!Security%20Extension%20Sample
However, I'm wondering what authentication to use to the SQL Server data source. When I use Windows Authentication I get this error:
An error has occurred during report processing.
I have installed unixODBC from source and mysql-odbc connector from .dmg installer on Mac OSX Lion. This was done a while ago, and at that time I successfully installed a data source (let's call it foo). Now I am trying to add another data source (DSN).
I have some data whose source-of-truth is in a MySQL database, size is expected to max out at the some-thousands-rows range (in a worst-case scenario) and I'd like to use puppet to configure files on some servers with that data (mostly iterating through those rows in a template).
I'm currently using Puppet 3.0.x, and I cannot change the fact that MySQL will be the authoritative source for that da
I've built and app which sends data to an HTTP server which I've verified as working using a test.php file then verifying the data succesfully passed between the Android app and the server. Anyways, I modified the source code to send a different string of data:
submit_button=Wireless_MAC&change_action=&action=Apply
and it's not passing the data! Any ideas why?
While backing up some data (a 200 GB home directory) with rsync, I got an I/0 error for a particular file, after which rsync continued on "normally" with its backup. The problem source file showed as having a file size of 72 bytes.
I cancelled rsync, and ran the same command again. This time that same file showed to be transferring data.. lots of data ...and more data, and more...
"Data" -- it's the new buzzword in the open source world, according to Tuesday's keynote speakers at the Open Source Business Conference, being held in San Francisco. "The kind of data we're collecting today is way harder to store and process than it used to be," said Mike Olson, president and CEO of Cloudera. This is exacerbated by the explosion in the volume of data generated, he added.
Google (NASDAQ: GOOG), which laid the groundwork for the immensely popular, open source, distributed computing framework known as MapReduce, has already made its mark in the Big Data channel. But Facebook (NASDAQ: FB), which a few days ago open sourced its own alternative to MapReduce, is vying to secure its place in the evolution of Big Data technology as well.
Wolfram Alpha just announced a useful new feature if you plan to follow Disrupt San Francisco closely. It has added CrunchBase data to its computational engine. You can now learn more about a specific startup, compare them or do any other computation with other Wolfram Alpha data.
Adding CrunchBase to its data sources is part of Wolfram Alpha’s ongoing effort to make everything computable.
