So we recently decided to retire our aging Windows hosting server on which there were only a few accounts but each of them required MSSQL so, being a cPanel shop, we started putting an Enkompass server together for consistency's sake.

Our Enkompass (v3.0.0.60) has started suspending multiple accounts over the last few days due to bandwidth exceeding. What we've noticed is that when we look at the AWStats of the account (in its WSOI control panel), it shows that the bandwidth used is way under what Enkompass is saying has been used. Enkompass is starting to suspend more accounts as each day goes by.

I have finally upgraded our v2.4 installation of Enkompass up to the latest v3.0.0.60, and everything went smoothly. I was hoping that an issue I noticed before would have been corrected, but it doesn't seem so.
The issue that one of our clients is having is related to Enkompass' handling of e-mail accounts.

We have a problem with the quotas of some accounts.
Each time the server restarts, some accounts change their quotas size and fail because are over quota.
In this situation, if we execute /script/resetquotas the problem is solved an the account updated with the correct values
Now, with any of these accounts, in their /home/{user}/.cpanel/datastore directory there are two files
_usr
Some of our accounts on our server do not have database or are so rarely updated.
Will the new backup system allow for backups that are daily on some accounts while weekly etc on others.
If not, please request this :)
So i have Enkompass server and still one server for web accounts in same domain.
When i put PHP web site on D:\ disk then site works fine.
When i put PHP web site on \\servername\d\ then i got Internal Server Error 500.
So what is here wrong with PHP configuration.

We have a mail server (SMTP, IMAP , spam assassin , ClamAV , .... ) running on Ubuntu server and there is more than 200 mail accounts. We are looking for a backup solution for mail , which will allow us to take the backup of individual accounts , as per our backup policy. The situation is , around 25 of the accounts need frequent backups while the rest is not that important.

I have a reseller account with JustHost. My account was deleted yesterday and I have renewed it late. Unfortunately I lost all my reseller account on it where my clients' websites were residing. JustHost support told me that they will restore the accounts but instead of that they have just sent me the most recent daily full cpanel backups.
