Hey all, I recently changed my google account password. I am trying to log into google on my phone, however when I enter the new password, it keeps telling me "You have entered the wrong password or your account has changed.
I have swift key on my phone, after reboot, phone always went to stock HTC keyboard. I figured the easy solution would be removing the HTC keyboad. HA ! After reboot, phone prompts me to enter password. Yet there is no keyboard, only google voice keyboard.
I dictate my password, but there is no enter key. Dictating password then "unlock" or "Enter" doesnt work.
If you bought Nexus 7 and didn't get 25$ credit (and missing Google Books, Google Magazines, Google Movies) this method may work for you.
1.Make factory reset.
2.When you get to the screen to enter Google account skip it.
3.Uncheck all the check-boxes in next screens.
4.Now when you got to the home screen, go to settings.Under Wireless and Networks click more.
5.Click on VPN, Add VPN.
I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 13.04, and I'm having some password issues. Both my fingerprint reader and my password appear to be non functional. Every time I swipe my finger, it says "NOT IDENTIFIED" and when I enter my password, it says it's incorrect. The first thing I tried to fix this is resetting it through the recovery console. This did not help.
I am kind of new to android phone. I am not sure how to do this.
I have an ActiveSync account and the Active server requires a password. So I have to enter a password in order to enter the phone.
I saw many locker screen apps in Google Play and it appears that they are not for password screen.

I noticed that the password entry dialog used by gnome-shell will close itself when you release the Enter key, even if the window was not visible when the Enter key was originally pressed. For example, if I were to type gpg -d in a terminal, press Enter to run the command, and then release the Enter key after the password entry dialog appeared, the password entry dialog would be closed with no pass
Hi
This question is usually responded to with "Liveuser does not need a password".
Well believe it or not in some configuration it is not possible to go passed the login screen of Fedora 11 or 12 KDE.
If you just hit enter which should work, it goes black with a blue flasy thing and then back to the login screen.
Crazy stuff. I have been noticing force close errors in multiple programs, gmail, google, maps, etc. Factory reset seems to not solve it.
Last night went to bed, got up and a few minutes after waking phone up, had another FC error, and lost my google account and had to re-enter my google account.
Any ideas when factory reset does nothing? Maybe a recent update or something?
