I've had my AOL and my exchange server (work) email on my HTC EVO 4G for years now. Exchange email continues to work fine, but all of a sudden this week the AOL account stopped sending/receiving emails.
I recently had a firmware update and ever since then I am not receiving new emails in my notifcation bar when they arrive, and my email account ( which is a gmail ) is not automatically updating anymore when I actually receive the email.
As of June 27 I stopped receiving emails on my Gallagy Note 2. That was last update. Internet is fine, wi-fi is OK. Just no emails. I do not mean yahoo or gmail or similar, I mean my own (like Outlook) email. There is plenty of memory and I clean up regularly. Please advise
Typically I wake up in the morning with an email about cron upcp running overnight. This morning I didn't get an email and my server was not offline. I went into WHM (which typically sends me emails on login but doesn't do that either) and there was nothing in the mail queue. I haven't changed any settings in my email or WHM.
