I have created a simple android app that allows the user to click a button and change the background color. However, after I rotate the device, the color changes back to the default. I have attempted to save my color in the onSavedInstanceState() method, but to no avail.
I have a ToggleButton. I want the background to be clear, like in the default alarm app for the days of the week. The code below covers the toggle with the clear color. Is there any way to keep the toggle and change the background color without rolling my own toggle button? If not, that would be pretty poorly throughout, imo.
I've tried different themes in emacs (on mac with xterm set to 256) and everything works great except it's ignoring the theme's background color. Even if I add (set-background-color "red") for example to my .emacs file, it simply ignores this and uses the default terminal background of OS X.
