I am working on Ubuntu 9.10 + LXDE as my current project.
I am finding it difficult to install any new packages on this OS.
Hey so my web server on my vpn was not sending out any emails via php and so I tried installing quite a few packages and they all started giving me this error:

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. When I try to install Quantum GIS, I'm shown with the following error:

When I try to install Wine, PlayonLinux, and some other programs, I get the following message:

I can't install GIMP it says something about unmet dependencies.
