I have 4 machines set up. 2 are running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, 1 is running Windows 2003 server, and 1 is dual booting WinXP and Win7. 1 of the Ubuntu machines is configured to share out 2 disk volumes ("Data" and "DiskImages". My windows machines can see these shares. My other Ubuntu machine cannot.

Currently using a Linux machine to backup peoples data.
I'm using ClamAV to scan their machines for virus's etc but prior to that I normally copy their data from their HDD
Attempting to copy their data returns a "Too many levels of symlinks" error.
My kids received a Dell Inspiron Mini for Christmas. They love it, but Windows is a horrible OS for a child to navigate - and deal with constant pop-up messages and errors. I am a Mac person, but figured Linux would make their lives easier, so I installed the Ubuntu Netbook Remix on their machines. Everything works fine, except the wireless connections.

A summary of my experience with floppies and Fedora (starting at FC2 and continuing to FC 12) is "Fedora eats floppies". At least it destroys them in my hands. Both floppies and floppy drives are an imperfect technology, but that cannot explain the many floppies that I have ruined using many different machines and floppy drives and versions of Fedora.

Everything is going fine.
I use it almost as a fax2mail gateway.
The fax is behind a PBX.
The fax server receive every fax destinated to the internal fax N.1 (internal number 201)
