http://www.linuxforums.org – Good day, I need to remove Windows XP from my computer (I use Ubuntu 9), however, I can not load Grub or Live, my BIOS does not accept CD boot... also, I tried the fdisk-l, but this is what it gives me: Disk /dev/sda: 160.0 GB, 160041885696 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 19457 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes Disk identifier: 0x35b035b0 Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/sda1 * 1 19456 156280288+ 7 HPFS/NTFS For some reason it does not list operational systems. I tried reinstalling Ubuntu over the xp from boot cd, but it does not load from boot. Thanks for your advice. (HowTos)
