Dualboot Crunchbang and archbang

http://crunchbanglinux.org – As the topic said, i want to dualboot chrunchbang and archbang on my netboot.My netbook had windows xp and chrunchbang but i never used windows on that computer. Now i thought it would be a great opitunity to install booth  #! and Archbang. Half my HDD is unallocated when i removed windows partitions with gparted (parted magic usb)Now my problem, when iam going to install there is those:1. assisted preparation (erase whole disc) - i dont want to do that 2. Partition by hand and choose the partitions to use ? (i dont know what to do there, to be honest)3. Main menu When i installed waldorf (HowTos)
