Dual Boot Problem

http://crunchbanglinux.org – Hey guys, I am trying to set up a dual boot on my new laptop with Windows XP Professional and Crunchbang 9.04.  I can't install Windows because the hard drive is set to AHCI, and I need it to be in IDE compatibility mode to continue with the setup.  I know I should be able to change this in the BIOS, but unfortunately, my laptop (HP G62) is one of several recent ones that don't have any advanced options in the BIOS.  I was initially going to install XP, then #!, but I might try the opposite way.  I was wondering if there was a way to install #! first, and use some (HowTos)
