http://crunchbang.org – Well you need to decide where you want to have #! installed. If this is a desktop and that 2tb drive is internal the I would boot to your #! install disk and proceed with the install. When it asks about partitioning I would manually create 15gb (assigned to / ) 3-4gb for swap (assigned to swap) and maybe 20gb (assigned to /home) partitions on your 2tb drive and leave windows to have the ssd. When grub installs let it install by default to /dev/sda (or whatever the default is) and then reboot to your 2tb drive. That will leave Windows mbr in tact incase anything happens with grub and your are u (HowTos)
