Hello XDA,
I need your help! I'm trying to upgrade my Bionic to ROM Eclipse 3.0. My Android version is 2.3.4 and 5.9.905.XT875. It's currently rooted via this method, (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1810373) using moto-fail GB. Next, I'm following these steps to load the Eclipse ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1327695) but I'm stuck.
I am wainting to use the SkyGo app but it complains that it will not work on rooted devices.
Since I have no need for root at the moment I want to un-root it but I would rather not wipe everything out since last time my backup failed.
I am using stock Jellybean 4.2.1 and just want to un-root and nothing more, is it possible?
I did try using voodoo to temporarily un-root but Sky Go wasn't f
So I am trying to install eclipse Juno on Ubuntu 12.04.
please, I've installed oracle java jdk and eclipse, and every thing goes well, but I can't add eclipse for the launcher, I have every time i use it to access it from the terminal, my ubuntu is 10.04, but I'm not sure how can I open it from the launcher or even from the desktop ?
I get a message in the cmd prompt when trying to root my Atrix 2 after update,
"adb is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"
.
I was rooted before update with OTA VooDoo Rootkeeper but when I hit Restore Root it tries but is unable.
The only unchecked boxes are Device rooted and Root permission granted.
So there is an instruction set for manually restoring root if you did Rootkeeper here : xda-developers - View Single Post - [Q] Lost Root After Jelly Bean OTA Update
I'm trying to translate that into a much more simplified set of instructions specifically for those who have HoB. However, my skills are quite limited.
Hey Guys,I know a lot of you have been wanting a true Bootstrap edition of this rom...
Thanks T3T3droid for telling me somewhat of what you changed to make it work lol, Also nice thread instructions ;)

I have been rooted since I got my S3, when the jellybean OTA came I used voodoo OTA rootkeeper to keep my root, it seemed to work fine, all of my apps that used root still worked (root explorer, adfree), the other day I tried to use titanium backup and it said it failed to gain root so I checked my superuser app and everything there looked fine, I tried some googleing and came across threads wher
