double crunchbang!

Hello everyone. I've been distro shopping for a week or so and stumbled upon #! and really really like it. I've had to switch back to an older machine with a first gen Core Duo 1.73 Ghz and 2 GB RAM 667 MHz and really like the performance of #! compared to everything else.

A short while back, crunchbang was made available to users as an XFCE distro in addition to the openbox distro...And I LOVED the XFCE distro.... to me (and a few of my pals) it was theee best XFCE distro ever....

Hello, I've read plenty about 'workarounds' for the horrific fonts in an otherwise great release of Statler. Are there plans to fix this problem prior to a release? One of the things that attracted me to CrunchBang originally is that it not only worked fast and worked well, but it also looked great too. CrunchBank 9.04 is still in use on a couple of my PCs.

Without Crunchbang or PuppyLinux my slightly broken old laptop would be in the bin and useless.  Its an old Pentium III 1ghz Tiny 512mb machine I just use for watching .flv .mp4 videos on.  Struggles these days but Crunchbang saved it.  I currently use the last test release of Crunchbang on the machine but I used Statler before that.  What an amazing OS and the only OS I look f

Hi,I am using Statler Openbox in my eeepc 1000H. Things were great until an upgrade about one month ago, when the fan control were a bit wrong. Now the fan is always on, a little bit noisy.

Hello, this is my first post here.I've installed Statler Alpha 2 (Openbox flavour) first in VirtualBox then afterwards on my laptop. Really cool.  There were some minor bugs though, which I solved with the help of this forum or figured out on my own. Can't wait for the stable release.There's one thing I would suggest you to consider about.

Hi Just wonder whether anyone had noticed this?I downloaded and installed from crunchbang-10-20120207-i386.iso yesterday and noticed that backports was enabled?
