Hey guys, I've been reading around and noticing that a lot of people are hearing from Asurion that there's a shortage of E4GTs and that they're being offered other phones instead. I just filed a claim online (badly cracked screen, malfunctioning radio, useless battery, along with many other issues) and on the last page, it stated that I'll receive a Samsung D710, which is our phone.

Last week, I was jumping out of a plane and my phone somehow came out of my pocket and hit the ground. Cracked the screen! I do have the Asurion and will be filing a claim shortly. My questions are ; has anyone filed a claim and received a device? If so is it new or refurbished? And do you have to send them your defective one?

HEllo. I'm new here, so I figured I'd introduce myself a bit. I have the LG Optimus V from VM. Recently I dropped it while crosgsing the street and it fell apart. I put it back together and it's fine for the most part except that now the Home button doesn't work, I have to press the Back one a million times sometimes to get to my "homepage" where all my apps are.
My day is being severely impacted by the downtime on trac-hacks.org. Judging by previous server failures, it could be up to 48 hours before this is fixed.
I'd like to know the minute trac-hacks.org is back up. However, most server monitoring services are set up to send alerts when a server goes down.
