When I open Firefox and visit any of the webapp enabled webpages I have installed, I get a launcher icon for them. The same does not appear to be when I use for example Google Chrome. Do webapps only work for Firefox?
Now, I don't know if it is some configuration that I changed, a new feature in 14.04 or a bug, but whenever I open a link in Firefox that has a webapp, for example Youtube, Launchpad, Google + or such, when I close that tab, or Firefox altogether, the icon for the webapp remains in the Unity launcher, even if I click each time "don't keep in the launcher". Anybody else?
I'm using Google Chrome as default web-browser because i need Flash ang i've installed Firefox back to use with Webapps, because Chromium, that i tried to use before, launched through script, taking Pepper Flash from Chrome, isn't working correctly: Webapps are crashing, clicking on their icons in Launcher or in Messaging menu does nothing and by clicking on web-links from the other applications,
I have chosen some of the available webapps to integrate to my ubuntu 12.10, but none of them are functioning. I tried doing this from firefox and also by installing unity-webapps-* directly. But I got nothing. What should I do?
What happened to Webapps in Ubuntu 14.04?
Neither Firefox & Chromium nor Browser support unity functions; in other words, websites does not suggest to install their webapp (e.g. gmail).
Those webapps on Software Center does not work properly after installing...
