For Christmas, my mom wants to jump onto the wagon and get a tablet, she wants a $200 price max, however I'm willing to go over this and get the 32GB, just because $50 for double the space is worth it to me, and I'm sure it couldn't hurt.
Now, my question is, to someone without a tablet (or a smart phone for that matter), is the Nexus 7 worth getting?

It’s an easy enough question to answer. Punch in the details at Kelley Blue Book, hit submit, and bam — question answered, ego stoked (or not.)

I have been looking at Launchers and Nova seems to be coming up as the best free one, however i saw one called TSF Shell, this Launcher has a hefty price tag though, it looks great but is it worth it? do any of you have TSF Shell Launcher and do you think it's worth the money?
I'm a quite old user of linux in general and ubuntu in particular and find it quite frustrating not to be able to answer a question.
Since I just register it appears that I only have one reputation point when I need 5 to answer a question.
But well, how can I earn these points if I can't answer a question?
A few words about my experience with Linux:
Been using Ubuntu for half a year, and bash for a few months. Learning little by little in my OS course and would like to get to know more on the side (hence the forum).
I am interested in learning from the bottom up how everything works. Of course this will take a long time, but eventually it will be worth it.
