I have a Compaq DL360 with two P3/933 Mhz CPUs and 1152 MB RAM running Windows 2003. Device manager shows a yellow ? with PCI Memory Controller. I understand that to be the remote access PCI card although everything seems to be working. Can I get a driver for it?
At first I thought this was a fluke, but I've now built well over 50 of these servers and I can't seem to find a solution. We are deploying HP DL360 G7's. Before you used to be able to hit F8 during boot up to enter into a ROM based setup utility for iLO. However now it simply shows a mention of iLO during POST, but you don't get a chance to press F8.
I am currently doing a RAM upgrade on an HP proliant DL360 G7 server. After installing the new RAM (18x 8GB KTH-PL316E/8G) the LED indicator lights for every single DIMM turned amber and the health check light turned red.
I have a DL360 G5 running WinSrvr2003 with a 3 drive (72GB) SAS Raid 5 array on P400i controller. The single array has two partitions. (OS and a data store) Drive 2 has failed and is off line (Amber lite and internittant beeps) I have replacement drives but cannot find step by step instruction on a hot swap and drive rebuild.
I'm having troubles booting FreeBSD 10.0 from CD (same problem occurred with 9.* however) on a HP ProLiant DL360 G3, it hangs up forever after detecting USB (I'm talking about booting from CD to perform installation).
That server is quite old, so the new FreeBSD versions probably do not support that hardware anymore.
Do you maybe know the existence of an official/reliable "hardwa
