Did you go back to stock AFTER 4.1.2 update?

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Simple, I would like to know how many of you went back to stock ROM after 4.1.2 was released. I tried a couple of ROMs that had the update included and I was having so many data drops, SOD, Google server disconnections that I said "**** this" and flashed the latest factory image on my phone. My previous phone was a Motorola Atrix. That phone never received ICS, much less JB update. It made sense to unlock it and flash a tasty JB ROM even if it had bugs. I strongly believe this phone is better on stock firmware than custom. It just feels so much solid. Did 4.1.2 made you return to (HowTos)

I think/hope this might be an easy question.

I have an xperia S that has bootloader unlocked and currently running a custom rom. In the next few weeks I may be swapping the phone with a family member. How would I go about getting the phone back on stock Sony firmware.

I got bored over the weekend and root and romed my S3. I didn't like the roms I got so I wanted to go back to stock. Problem is I forgot to do a backup of the stock firmware before flashing. Is there a way to get back to true stock? I have flashed stock firmware back on the phone, but when I try to get the VZW update, it fails.

i tried to update my phone and screwed it up. first i didnt back up my phone. so when i tried to apply update to 4.1.2, i tried to flash in cwm. when i restarted my phone it would go to black screen. so i backed up my wifes phone and flashed in cwm to my phone. now my phone is "hers" but with my phone number. but at least it turns on now.

So I accidentally flashed my at&t galaxy s3 to canadian firmware...I wasn't paying attention, and I followed these directions one night... How to upgrade the Galaxy S3 I747M to Android 4.0.4 ICS build VLALH1

And when I realized it, I tried to flash back to the stock US AT&T firmware, but haven't been successful.

Just bought the S3 today, Verizon reps did the forced update before handing me the phone

I need to return my phone and ive used the guide to reset my flash counter with triangle away (which was never tripped, just did it for piece of mind), then i used odin and used the stock kernel and stock image to reinstall back to stock. Everything passed but when i boot my phone up right under the samsung logo it still says custom with the unlock logo.

Hello head master i just bought an HTC EVO 3d GSM x515m few days ago. After unlock from htcdev and instal custom rom my phone was working with a bug in 3d video. By trying to solve it by instaling some custom ROMs download on the net my phone cant boot any rom now even the one working before and cant stop bootlooping.

I've been trying for weeks to update my LTevo to sense 4.1. I check for HTC software updates, and it keeps telling me my phone is up to date. The phone is totally stock. No root, no nothing. The only odd thing with my phone is that HTC loaded some pre-release software on it a few months back. It has since been returned to full stock (supposedly).
