http://androidforums.com – okay so first off i am not a apple fanboy/isheep/i***/general idiot that doesnt understand android. I was just curious what other people thought about android copying apple. I don't know the history of android, but the design, and a lot of OS basics seem to be similar. It seems as though android took iOS/iphone improved it and then apple copied them in return. So who is right and who is in the wrong? Now if this is the dealio then why is apple suing everyone? i dont think ford has sued chevy because ford made the first automobile. I mean like its pathetic and desperate. leading (General)

As I own some shares in both Google and Apple stocks, I have been noticing that my gains from owning Google shares has been wiped out because of the poor performance in the Apple stock. Basically, before the launch of the iPhone 5 where Apple finally managed to (at least temporarily) stop the bleeding, Apple continued losing market share to Android globally.

What the title says. Why did you choose to have an android phone over an iphone or any other phone?

For me, I like the open source. I can't STAND iphones and the way the work. It's like apple wants you to conform and all be the same. Having to jailbreak and get cydia and do all this stuff is really annoying. I just feel that Android has more variety, and more potential then apple.

I can't believe this...

Apple has WON BIG in the Apple/Samsung IP lawsuit. The judge basically gave everything Apple wanted. Samsung was found to be infringing several of Apple's patents and designs. In addition, Samsung now has to pay Apple over $1 Billion. Samsung lost completely. Apple was found to be infringing ZERO ZERO ZERO patents of Samsung which is quite surprising.

Apple sued South Korean manufacturing giant Samsung Electronics, claiming its Android-based Galaxy smartphones and tablets illegally copied Apple's iPhone and iPad.

OMG. Apple says "Take photos while recording" Doesn't that makes them thieves?? HTC sense 4 did that first! HTC get your lawyers and sue those thieves!

Apple sued Samsung because they stole the style of the iPhone... I think HTC will do the same to Apple.. Oh... also the new iphone 5 can take Panorama photos!!!!!! Amazing!!!!! o_O Wow! Unbielevable!!!
