Is anyone else having a problem with the weather app not showing your correct current location? Instead of giving the placename, it just says 'current location'. I've checked all the settings and set my home location and the default to be shown as 'current location' but no banana! I've seen quite a few posts of people reporting the same issue without any workaround.
Hello, I have a strange problem that is probably something stupid but I can't seem to figure it out. I had a dedicated DNS/DHCP server but I consolidated that functionality into my file server, and then I took my former DHCP server offline. I added DNS/DHCP to my main server by copying the config files over (that's probably the problem). The server *seems* able to resolve DNS.
We are experiencing an issue with users not being mapped to their corresponding network drives during the login. I verified that the logon script is correct and it work if I run it manually so I suspect there is some kind of network issue. When I run gupdate I get an error that states that Group Policy failed because of lack network connectivity to the domain controller.
I couldn't find any more specific spot to place this.I have a problem when trying to catch up with this forum. The way I read all forums to which I belong is to log in only when I have time and select "New Posts" to read through. If it's only been a day or two this can be 1 or 2 pages. In today's case it was 7 pages of new posts.
I'm experimenting with Epiphany, so maybe something the browser does it causing my posts in this forum to show as being generated on MacOS? When I make posts using Firefox, I show up as Linux... I know it's trivial, but I'm wondering just what is the issue.
