Device not assigned to digital camera

As you can see in the above , Kingston flash memory is assigned with /dev/sdb disk (system disk is offcourse sda). My openSUSE 11.2 see's the camera , but the device can't be assigned to it. With opensuse 11.0 I did not have this problem, and camera was mounted normaly as any other external device via USB. Please help! (Distributions)
