Last step before 3.2.0, here will be our 3.1.92 release candidate,
to be released next week, created from your carefully tarballed
modules.
Tarballs are due on 2011-09-19 before 23:59 UTC for the GNOME
3.1.92 rc release, which will be delivered on Wednesday. Modules
which were proposed for inclusion should try to follow the
unstable schedule so everyone can test them.

As you are probably aware, Linus Torvalds had decided to bump the version number of the upcoming Linux kernel to 3.0. The development for Linux 3.0 has been going on for a while with the first release candidate being released on May 30th.The sixth release candidate was supposed to be the last one.
The GNOME 3 Release Candidate is now available indicating that the final release is very close now. It's been a very long time in the making, but the next generation GNOME desktop is almost here. The release candidate is as close as it's going to get to the final build, so there's probably little reason to hold back and not take GNOME 3 for a spin.
The GNOME Project announced a few minutes ago, March 23rd, the immediate availability for download and testing of the Release Candidate version of the upcoming GNOME 3.4 desktop environment, which brings more fixes to the existing bugs. Yeah, right, GNOME 2.27.92 is due next week, bla bla bla, you know the
drill. Now that we're done with that, I'm requesting your opinion for
something really important. I mean, it will affect really a lot of
people. While visiting friends this week, I was able to say hi to some
of their new fishes in their aquarium. And it turns out they have a new
