Dell Latitude is notebook series specially design for enterprise segment. This time I would like to give a short review of E6500 series. Dell put many interesting features inside this notebook series that mostly useful for enterprise or corporate users.

How can i install NVIDIA Quadro NVS 160M driver for my Dell Latitude E6500?

I downloaded NVIDIA-Linux-x86-290.10.run by searching in nvidia site.

After download I stop lightdm service and then run NVIDIA-Linux-x86-290.10.run with sudo sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-290.10.run but in install process I see error message and installation progress stops.

I just installed OpenSUSE 11.2 64 bit on my new Dell Studio 1557 laptop (with i7), which has a Dell 1520 wireless card.

I checked Dell's site, they only have Windows drivers.

So how can I get appropriate driver for Linux ?

Hello everybody, since a few weeks I have got a new DELL XPS 14. (http://www.dell.com/ch/unternehmen/p...e&s=bsd&~ck=mn) And since a few days I installed Ubuntu 12.04 on it.

Yesterday I was surfing the web with my new laptop and realized that it takes very long for any website to load. I first thought its my private WLAN network so I rebooted my router.
