Hello people, another problem I have with my laptop is with the keyboard. In my Dell studio 14 keyboard keys eject, brightness up/down don't work.
My distro is FC12.
Can someone help me please?

I have Dell studio 1555 Laptop, I installed Fedora 12, if I press brightness control key's, menu comes but brightness is not varying and dvd drive eject key is also not functioning, but sound control Keys are working.
There is a notification in the system tray "Safely Remove Hardware" area that allows me to eject this keyboard (not a card from the reader). I can't imagine a purpose for deactivating the keyboard so I assume it is a bug. How can I prevent this notification from appearing?
I did a BIOS update on my Dell Studio XPS 13 laptop and now for some reason whenever I try to use the arrow keys (up, down, left, right) all they do is bring up VLC. All the other keys on the keyboard work fine, including my multimedia keys.
Does anyone have any idea how I might change this or even look at the configuration for the arrow keys?
I have ubuntu 9.10 karmic koala and since one of the updates the keyboard has started to miss keystrokes and get keys stuck. I start getting things like "anddddddddddddddddddd" in the middle of my texts. I have checked on windows and previous live versions of ubuntu and it is fine.
