DD Linux Install from Drive to Another ( 2 Different Sizes)

http://www.linuxquestions.org – I just ordered a 60 G SSD drive which I am going to use as my OS drive to replace the drive below. Can I just use DD to switch ? dd if=/dev/sda of=/dev/sdb (New Drive) Thoughts ?
