Any fix for data yet on 4.3 sprint? Looked around for a little bit but came up short. Am I missing something?

It looks like Sprint is going to be offering the Nexus 5 come November 8th, according to the press release below. The device will go for $149.99 with the Sprint Unlimited Data Guarantee for Life.
Separately, T-Mobile’s website says that the device will be available on its own service in the coming weeks.
I was trying to set up a profile on Tasker where I could turn off Mobile Data when WiFi is on to save battery life at home. Long story short the Mobile Data option is not editable ( at least not on stock). Does anyone know a work around? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
So, I'm on AT&T, unlimited data. I'm planning on giving an iPad (wifi and cell) as a gift with an associated data plan to a person who's on Sprint and hates it (beside the point). I've been checking data plans and so far, no one comes close to just adding a line to my own plan with unlimited data at an additional $30/mo.
For those who switched from sprint to T-Mobile are you satisfied or do you think I should stay with sprint? Is tmobile rates lower than sprints? I currently have 3 lines with sprint. I live in the Los Angeles area using a Samsung Galaxy 3 with 3g internet. :(
I got locked out of my Samsung galaxy s4 sprint version. So I was successful with wipe data/ factory reset. By volume up+home+power. But I get an error when I try to wipe cache partition. How to I go about this? And secondly I have enabled USB debugging in the developer options and tried to root my phone but can not get android adb interface to install.
I'm just wondering if there's a way to unlock the galaxy nexus from sprint so I can use it in Mexico ?? I been trying to set DIAG mode and nothing happens so far , please if someone knows how to do it or any idea that might works. Thanks
I am being data throttled currently and I was researching how to bypass the boost 2.5gb data throttle. When I was going through my search results I found a thread on how to do this with the throttle folder and for most people that did not work. However, for others they said switching to a sprint rom with a sprint prl has worked for them and they were at 5 and 7GB unthrottled.
Long story short I'm trading my Galaxy Nexus for a T-Mobile SGS3 and I want to know if the phone can be unlocked and function on the att network, data and all. I've seen some discussion about the unlocking process and it involves unlock code websites that seem sketchy.
