http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hello I rooted my Galaxy s2 i777 using 2.3.6 (I think that was it - what ATT pushed out earlier in the summer) and next flashed CWM using ODIN. I noticed that the menus weren't working in CWM. When I use the home or menu buttons it just toggles a logo screen, and power does nothing (volume keys do work). I noticed others had this issue with this phone but didn't encounter any solutions. Poking around the Rom Manager application I noticed a reboot into recovery mode feature and thought I'd try it. It did as advertised. But now when I reboot by holding down power it immediately reboots int (HowTos)

My phone is stuck in Odin Mode and it gives a message that says that firmware upgrade encountered a problem and to connect it to Kies, I have tried holding the volume buttons at the same time as the power button to go into recovery mode but it doesn't work, it shows the samsung logo for less than a second and goes back to Odin Mode.

I was on the phone earlier for a fair bit, when I hung up I noticed the battery at 4%. Got home little bit later and when I checked my phone again it was off, I hit the power button so it began to power on, and I them plugged it into AC charger right away while booting up.

I recently bought a used Samsung Galaxy S2X and it was already rooted running DarkSide's ROM. I didn't see this when i bought it but I can't seem to turn the phone off or boot into recovery mode.

Hi Guys,

I just flashed the official stock ICS for 7310 and also rooted it. Now also on overcome recovery.

Does anyone know of any CWM flashable files to get advance power menu that allows you to reboot into recovery? Really like to get this function.

Hey guys,

i having trouble to get the recovery MENU open in Recovery Mode. I shutdown the nexus, press power and both volume buttons -> fastboot, then go "into recovery".

But now i only get the green android with a "Kein Befehl" (means "No Command" oder something like that.) I cant get the menu show up (the blue you can factory reset or clean cache, reboot etc).

I have a Galaxy Nexus GSM (i-9250). I recently updated my stock ROM to 4.0.4 and then backed up using CWM Recovery. When I attempted to flash back to another ROM using CWM Recovery, the phone experienced some kind of error, so I elected to reboot. When I became trapped in a boot loop, I removed my battery, put it back in, and then attempted to boot into recovery.

So I went back to stock rom after trying several rom and I got a update notification so I just downloaded it and then I check with Samsung Kies and I have the latest stock rom.

Now I lost root access so I rooted my phone again and flashed clock work recovery using Odin took out the battery before first reboot so it doesn't overwrite it and reboot directly to clock work recovery!

Hello All, I am running the Verizon S3 phone with SYNERGY Rom 1.7, busybox, EZ-Recoevery, and lean kernel. After I flashed the phone with this ROM. I then proceeded to install my stuff all over again and installed busy box.

Stuck in Odin mode 21 weeks 2 days ago

Tried searching a little bit but couldnt find anything. Everything was fine, rooted, unlocked bootloader. then went to go reboot into recovery to flash a rom but accidentally booted into odin mode.

screen says, volume up to continue, volume down to cancel(restart phone).

if i press volume down, it reboots to the same screen again.

any help?
