Those familiar with Linux will be able to tweak settings, add and remove apps and customise the menu, toolbars and other desktop elements. Incredibly, those are about all the skills you need to create your very own Linux distro. We're going to take a look at some scripts that'll help you customise ...
In my "desktop" window on what use to be called "the desktop" I have some folder that are NFS shares. One of them doesn't not have an folder icon it has a question mark. When I try to change the "property" to a blue folder (so much for choice in KDE 4.3) it tells me I don't have enough permission. The UID on the remote share and my UID are the same 500.
I have tried two ways for sharing a folder on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit so that I could access it on a Windows XP PC on the same switch:
1st: right-clicking the folder > properties > share > Share this folder and checking both "Allow others to create and delete files in this folder" and "Guest access (for people without a user account)"
2nd: adding the folder to Samba
The actual backup folder (the folder which name is the date the backup was created) size is 17mb. while the "blobs" folder located on the clockworck mod folder is 929mb...
is this normal ?
PD: in fact, i have other nandroids stored on my pc which the backup folder is like 700mb-1gb, and there is no "blobs" folder.
I need to find the 'emblem' img's, like the pencil.img shown on the Documents folder so I can make the changes everywhere in the theme consistant.

As the subject... wondering what comes to mind if you were asked the question "what makes Atom Launcher different?".
If you haven't heard of the launcher or aren't using it, well... hard to answer the question I suppose!
We do have an official thread on the Apps forum if you are interested in trying out a new launcher though. :)
