CSS file not served by IIS 7.5 after multiple clear cache refreshes in a row in browser

http://serverfault.com – We are experiencing an interesting issue with IIS 7.5 static caching and a css file. When we use IE to hit the page in question everything works fine - 200 OK on css file. When we refresh the page it works fine - 304 Not Modified on css file. When I refresh again with control key it reloads fine - 200 OK on css file. Now if I do a control key + refresh multiple times in a row really fast the css fails to load and in the developer tools network it says "Loading..." for the css file and it hangs never coming back. Any ideas? (HowTos)

I have redmine 1.01 on Suse 10, some days back it was running fine. but now it's taking too much refresh to load a page properly. How will I go back to normal page loading ?

I have a mobile web page which includes an input element of type 'file', to allow users to upload image files to a server. The page works fine on iOS, and on a Nexus 4 (Android 4.2.1) in the Chrome Browser.

I have a source file which has Full Control for Everyone. I duplicated this file which will remove the Everyone credentials and apply the current user privileges. I have an OCX which tries to write to this file.

Hi, after several days seeking for cifs.ko/slow-work.ko finally i found the attached file the which loads fine and i can mount my network file share and explore it, but when i try copy or open video file the file load/transfer starts but after few seconds my photon reboot.

The rom is stock, kernel is 2.6.32.9 [dnt648@fl36bld22 #2], rooted.

Is possible make some fix to those modules or at lea

httpd requests cannot be handle in first time; httpd refresh the page twice to do request (reload the page is automatically by httpd)

when i use third applications to test httpd, i sent this request:

and i got this as response from httpd:

So, I have an HTPC hooked up to my TV. I can set the refresh rate to 60 Hz through the catalyst control center and 60 Hz is fine for me), but if I reboot, it goes back to 30 Hz. How do I get this to stick? I could hack it with an xrandr script, but I'd rather not.
